Promoter
This competition is organised and promoted by Astarte Aquaria.
Eligibility
The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of Astarte Aquaria and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
To enter, participants must visit the Astarte Aquaria store and complete an official giveaway entry form. Completed forms must be placed in the designated giveaway entry box in store before the closing date.
Entry Limit
Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated. Multiple entries from the same individual may be disqualified.
Competition Period
Entries will be accepted from the start date until the advertised closing date displayed in store and on Astarte Aquaria social media pages. Entries received after the closing date will not be included.
Prize
The winner will receive one of the following prizes of their choice:
• Aqua One Nano Reef 35 Aquarium
or
• £50 Livestock Voucher
The livestock voucher may be used against any livestock available in store, including freshwater fish, marine fish, corals, shrimp, and other aquatic livestock.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the competition closing date.
Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the details provided on their entry form and may also be announced on Astarte Aquaria social media pages. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, Astarte Aquaria reserves the right to select another winner.
Prize Collection
The prize must be collected in store unless otherwise agreed. Proof of identity may be required when collecting the prize.
Livestock Sales
Livestock purchases are subject to availability. Astarte Aquaria reserves the right to refuse the sale of livestock if staff believe the livestock would be unsuitable for the customer’s aquarium setup or welfare requirements.
Data Protection
Personal information provided on the entry form will only be used for the purpose of administering the competition and contacting the winner unless consent is given for further marketing.
General
Astarte Aquaria reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw the competition at any time if necessary. By entering the competition, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
