2. Prize
The prize is 1 x Neptunian Cube M-PRO 60 Aquarium.
Retail value: £1,199.99.
The prize includes the Neptunian Cube M-PRO 60 aquarium package only.
Livestock, water, rock, sand, salt, corals, fish, invertebrates, delivery, installation, maintenance and ongoing running costs are not included unless specifically stated by Astarte Aquaria Ltd.
There is no cash alternative. The prize is non-transferable.
Astarte Aquaria Ltd reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value if necessary due to stock availability or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
3. Entry Period
The prize draw opens on Friday 17 July 2026.
The prize draw closes at 11:59pm on Monday 17 August 2026.
Entries received after the closing date and time will not be included.
The draw will take place after the closing date, once all valid paid and free postal entries have been checked and entered into the draw.
4. Who Can Enter
The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
Employees, directors and immediate family members of Astarte Aquaria Ltd are not eligible to enter.
Astarte Aquaria Ltd reserves the right to refuse or remove any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, abusive, duplicated beyond the permitted entry limit, or otherwise not in line with these terms.
5. Paid Entries
Paid entries cost £10 per entry.
Paid entries can be purchased from Astarte Aquaria Ltd during the prize draw entry period.
Each valid paid entry gives the entrant one entry into the prize draw.
A maximum of 250 paid entries will be available.
If all 250 paid entries sell out before the closing date, paid entries will close early. The free postal entry route will remain open until the stated closing date and time.
6. Entry Limit Per Person
A maximum of 10 entries per person is permitted.
This limit applies to all entry methods combined, including paid entries and free postal entries.
For example, an entrant may submit 10 paid entries, 10 free postal entries, or a combination of paid and free entries, but may not exceed 10 total entries.
Entries submitted above the maximum limit may be void and will not be entered into the draw.
Astarte Aquaria Ltd reserves the right to refuse, remove or void entries where it reasonably believes that an entrant has attempted to exceed the entry limit, use false details, submit duplicate identities, or otherwise unfairly increase their chances of winning.
7. Minimum Paid-Entry Requirement
A minimum of 75 paid entries is required for the prize draw to proceed.
If fewer than 75 paid entries are received by the closing date, Astarte Aquaria Ltd reserves the right to cancel the prize draw.
If the prize draw is cancelled because the minimum paid-entry requirement has not been met, all paid entries will be refunded in full using the original payment method where possible.
If the prize draw is cancelled, no prize will be awarded.
8. Free Postal Entry
A free postal entry route is available. No purchase is necessary.

Free postal entries must be received before the closing date and time.
Each valid postal entry will be entered into the same draw as paid entries and will have the same chance of winning.
Free postal entries are subject to the same maximum entry limit as paid entries. A maximum of 10 entries per person applies across paid and free postal entries combined.
Each postal entry must be sent separately and must include the entrant's full name, phone number, email address and the words "Astarte 2K Followers Prize Draw".
Multiple entries in one envelope will count as one free postal entry.
Free postal entries will remain open until the stated closing date and time, even if paid entries sell out before then.
Postal entries must be sent using standard postal services. Entries sent by special delivery, courier or any method requiring payment above normal postage are not required and will not receive any advantage.
Astarte Aquaria Ltd is not responsible for postal entries that are lost, delayed, damaged, incomplete or not received before the closing date and time.
9. How the Winner Will Be Chosen
The winner will be selected at random from all valid paid and free postal entries.
All valid entries, whether paid or free, will have an equal chance of winning.
The draw will take place after the closing date, once all valid entries have been checked.
The draw will be carried out fairly using a random selection method.
10. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided at entry.
Astarte Aquaria Ltd will attempt to contact the winner within 7 days of the draw.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days of being contacted, Astarte Aquaria Ltd reserves the right to select another winner at random from the remaining valid entries.
The winner may be announced on Astarte Aquaria's social media pages using their first name and/or surname initial, unless they object.
11. Prize Collection
The prize must be collected from Astarte Aquaria Ltd, Unit 1, Stonerigg Works, Upper Bathville, Armadale, EH48 3JX.
Collection must be arranged with Astarte Aquaria Ltd.
The winner is responsible for arranging suitable transport and collection unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Astarte Aquaria Ltd is not responsible for damage caused after the prize has been collected.
12. Data Protection
Personal information collected for this prize draw will be used only to administer the prize draw, process entries, contact the winner, verify eligibility and keep appropriate records.
Entrants' details will not be added to marketing lists unless they have separately agreed to this.
Personal data will be handled in line with Astarte Aquaria Ltd's privacy policy and UK data protection requirements.
13. Social Media
This prize draw is run by Astarte Aquaria Ltd.
It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta or any other social media platform.
By entering, entrants understand that they are providing their information to Astarte Aquaria Ltd and not to Facebook, Instagram or Meta.
14. General
Astarte Aquaria Ltd reserves the right to cancel, amend or suspend the prize draw if circumstances outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable.
Astarte Aquaria Ltd's decision is final in relation to the administration of the prize draw.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland.
By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to these terms and conditions.
